General

The Good News Cafe LLC is open for business Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm CST. Our goal is to do all things whether it be designing, packaging, or fulfillment in love and to the glory of God.

Placing an order

Orders placed by 6pm CST (during normal operating hours) are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Our office is closed for business on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Please allow additional time for processing during those holidays.

If your order can not be fulfilled due to inventory fluctuation, we will contact you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

Delivery

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information and can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, we do not have control over courier delays or adverse weather events.

Returns & refunds

Good news! We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us within 30 days of any issues and we will work to make it right. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on worn or used merchandise.
